PRODUCE A PATTERN & PRODUCTION SAMPLE

If you already have a product you want to bring to market, you now need a pattern and production sample.  These are the steps we take.

            For an article of clothing or accessory:

1. Buy off the rack a sample of the article you want made that has the fit you want.
   

   THIS IS A CRUCIAL STEP. THE FIT OF THIS GARMENT WILL BE THE FIT OF YOUR PRODUCTION SAMPLE.

   
   
2. We make a first pattern and then first sample to match
    
3. We send the sample to you and you tell us what changes you want made.
   

   WHAT YOU WANT DONE TO MAKE IT YOUR OWN.

   
   
4. We then make these changes to the pattern and sample and send them back to you.
    
5. You now have your production pattern and sample.
    
6. In the case you need more changes, which is rare, we will quote you a price before we go further.

You supply the fabric, the labels and notions. We will work with you to source everything, but you must purchase them. Easy, isn’t it? This service is $650 In some rare cases with a very complex garment, it could be more. In such cases we’ll always quote a price first.

In the case you just have an idea but have never actually seen anything like it in the stores, we will work with you in developing your idea into a product. We will quote a price once we have talked.
