S.J. Manufacturing is a private label contractor that has specialized in custom technical/functional private label apparel, clothing and headwear for popular name brands and major catalogues since 1978.

We provide apparel and clothing manufacturing services including pattern making, grading, marker making, cutting, private label sewing, sales rep sampling, full service embroidery, pressing and packaging services which meet or exceed quality standards of the domestic cut and sew industry!

Small run quick turnaround and large standing orders are processed in our state-of-the-art family owned 15,000 square foot facility. We offer apparel that is made in San Francisco, CA.

Pattern & Sample Making:

You supply us with a sample of the fit you like, (buy it off the rack); you tell us what you want your garment to look like; you supply fabric, trim and labels. We will have a pattern made and produce one sample garment.      
Cost: $550-$750 depending on complexity of garment.
